Ever wanting to experiment with new techniques and eco concepts, this board is made with 4mm Elite ply skins, laminated balsa rails, and a recycled coffee cup core. It's finished in BioSap Epoxy resin. This finish is significantly more robust than the beeswax finish on some of my previous boards, and doesn’t require the same level of maintenance as the wax finish. The only disadvantage is the additional weight of the Epoxy compared to the wax finish.

The board itself is has a single concave rocker to flat tail. The cut-in tail profit, increased width and thickness means this board is easy to paddle and catch waves early. It's manoeuvrable and great fun in all sort of wave conditions.

This board is: 6’4″ x 22.5″ x 2 7/8″ – If you’re after something a bit shorter/longer/thinner/different core structure, I’m happy to build to your spec.
